All our products are delivered free everywhere throughout Quebec. Only shipments by land delivery service are included in this offer. To the extent that delivery by land is not possible, our customer service will contact you to notify you.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to control with confidence. That's why we offer our exclusive 30-day satisfaction guarantee *. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to your home and we will guide you through the return process. Depending on the cause of your dissatisfaction, we will redo your product and send it to you at no additional cost or we will give you your money in the form of credit. You will then be able to select a replacement product.

COLOR WARNING: Discounts specifically for color will not be issued unless you have ordered a sample (in the same color) before ordering your custom product.

Returns will not be accepted without prior permission and must be shipped to FairStores.ca in their original condition within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the original boxes as you would need to return the blinds and make sure the packers are perfect. Not sure how to pack them? Contact us and we will be pleased to assist you. Blinds must be returned in their original condition otherwise this warranty may not apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Limit of one replacement per product. Once you have ordered a replacement, we can not refund the same item. Limit of 5 items per household and per life. Due to volume, commercial orders are not covered by this warranty. A Commercial Order means any order containing at least 25 identical, tax-free or non-residential products.
* All of our custom products are made to order, so please follow all instructions carefully regarding measures, installation and color responsibility policy.

Warranty applicable to all our products

We offer the following guarantee to the original purchaser of window treatments, which are correctly installed in the original window, with a proof of purchase. This is in addition to any warranty provided by manufacturers of products sold under trademarks.

What is covered:
  • The materials and operating mechanisms (including cords and ladders) are covered for 5 years.
  • Clutch mechanisms are guaranteed for life.
  • Manufacturer defaults and shipping damage (reported within 10 calendar days of receipt of the goods).
What is not covered:
  • Variations in the texture, construction or color of natural products, slight deformations of wood products and natural color changes of materials that occur over time.
  • Products that exceed the dimensional recommendations or are outside product specifications.
  • Any problems with the product due to any of the following causes:
    • Improper installation, operation or cleaning.
    • Normal wear.
    • Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight or moisture.
    • Modification of any type.
    • Damage caused by children, pets or insects.
Resolving warranty issues:
  • Repare or replace: We will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced
  • Replacement Product Availability: If a product replacement is required for a product that is still under warranty, we will provide a replacement product that is as close as possible to the original product. If there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (Box and bubble) for any problem that could have shown a bad unpacking of the product. If an error occurs during the unpacking of the product, it is in the majority of cases possible to replace affected components at very low cost.
  • Shipping costs: After a period of 1 year, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the warranty repair.
  • A fter the warranty expires:
    • A Near the expiration of the warranty, many products can still be repaired for a nominal load.
    • In many cases, a repair kit with the necessary components and instructions to facilitate the repair can be sent to the customer.

This warranty replaces all other warranties, written or oral. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from a product defect or the breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any product or component before replacement. In order to proceed with the repair or replacement, we must receive proof of purchase. bill of sale or other payment document validating the date of original purchase.

Errors in your order

All our products are made to measure, so it is very important to follow our measurement and installation instructions. It is equally important that you verify your order confirmation by e-mail for accuracy. Of course, we realize that errors may occur and if we make a mistake on your order, we will repair or reproduce your order at no cost to you.

If you make a measurement or order error, please contact us within 30 calendar days. Depending on the type of error, you can return the product to the factory for modification or we will redo it at a discount. Please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Changing your order: All products are made to order and production normally begins the day after the order. Therefore, we are happy to modify or cancel orders as long as we are contacted within 24 hours of the date the order was submitted to us. Orders changed or canceled after one business day may incur additional charges.

Accuracy of colors

If color is important, you must ask for free samples before ordering. We guarantee your satisfaction with the color only if samples are received before the order and that the color of the received product differs from your sample. Colors may vary between lots of dyes. If you order blinds for more than one piece and want to make sure they all have the same color, make sure you buy all your blinds at the same time so they're made from the same lot of material. We only guarantee a color match for blinds that are purchased together on the same order.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times are approximately 2 weeks and this year. Since we manufacture our own products, we have better control over manufacturing / delivery times and we ensure we meet your expectations during the high seasons. As a result, Justedesstores.ca can not be held responsible for any disputes arising from a delivery period. To obtain the delivery time for each product offered on our site, please refer to the page of this product. The deadlines indicated on the site are for information only.

Telephone Order

All customers who send us an order by phone are responsible for checking their orders on the order confirmation sent to them by email after payment. Customers who do not do so will cancel the satisfaction guarantee offered. Our priority is to deliver your order without error in the shortest time, which is why we ask for this verification. We strongly suggest that you check your confirmation after each order. If a customer does not receive a confirmation email for any reason, such as an incorrect email address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to obtain the order confirmation.
